Frequently asked questions
The show will go on whenever possible. We average less than one cancellation a year. Snow/ice early in the day or even early in the evening will not prompt a cancellation, nor will a weatherman’s prediction. However, if severe conditions or extraneous circumstances do warrant a cancellation, ticket-holders will be notified by phone or e-mail no later than 3 hours prior to the event. (Make sure your contact information is accurate!)

If we do have to cancel the show, either due to weather-related conditions or extraneous circumstances you have two options.
We know you will enjoy the show and want you to have a chance to see it, so we will provide you with tickets which are good for any future (available) performance.
If you are unable to take advantage of a future performance, you may choose to receive a full refund. Please keep in mind however that if we have decided to proceed with the show (this means that our actors from all over the area feel safe in coming), guests who do not attend forfeit their tickets.
As a family owned and operated business, it has been our goal from the beginning to provide shows to be enjoyed by the entire family. As a result, our shows don't contain coarse jokes or foul language and there are no sexual situations or comments. Occasionally, in order to present an authentic historic depiction, short dramatic sketches may include a fight sequence and/or the presence of fire arms. For small children and babies, keep in mind our shows are up to 120 minutes in length and may include strobe lighting, fire and special effects.
